Capacity Building Overview

Developing human resources and capacity has always become one of our priorities to increase the quality of our organization. We focused on increasing knowledge, methods and skill development of staff through regular internal sharing and discussion and/or participating in workshops and trainings.  We believe this will be our investment to ensure the sustainability and quality of our organization.    We also gives special attention to our staff’s education.  We are encouraging each of our staff members to pursue higher education as part of their individual capacity building.

As an organization who works close to the community, we also fully support the capacity building of the communities where we facilitated through trainings and workshops in various topic.  We had facilitated the communities with trainings and workshops on promoting sustainable eco-agriculture, redefining farming’s best practices, community organization, financial and bookeeping, developing small scale enterprises, and many others.   Giving the communities the chance to build their capacity will be an essential factor for them to be able to set up their own goals and enhance their live and livelihoods.
